Is there a minimum rental period that I can store my goods?
Yes. The minimum rental period is 1 week. There is no maximum limit; Some of our customers have been with us for years.

How is the rent payable?
Rent is payable in advance. Usually monthly. We take all major Debit/Credit cards longer terms are usually paid by Bacs or Standing Orders.

Do I get a refund if I move out early?
Yes. Subject to any promotional offers rent is only charged by the week. Any advance rent will be refunded as per our T's & C's.

Can I access my stuff whenever I like?
Yes. You can come and go as many times as you like during our extensive opening hours. We also have drive-up units available which can be accessed 24hrs (subject to availability).

Do I need to insure my goods?
We recommend that you insure all your goods whilst in storage. You can check with your household insurers to see if they will cover your goods whilst in secure storage or we can extend our policy to insure your goods at a cost of £4.00 pcm per £1000 worth of cover you require.

How do I know my goods are safe?
We have CCTV throughout the warehouse and surrounding area installed by Asec Security Systems Ltd which is monitored 24/7 by Sector Security.

What do I need to bring when I first start storing?
You will need some form of photo ID (e.g. - passport, driving licence, student ID). A Utility Bill or proof of Address.
